Indeed, depending on Bruno's latest actions or his profile, LinkedIn will offer me several topics on which to follow up to relaunch Bruno. Either from his last article: Either from belonging to the same group: Or from a common contact. Generally, in this case, LinkedIn offers, among the common contacts, the one having the common connections with my interlocutor. The main limitation of this new LinkedIn feature: it only works to send a message to one of your contacts. It doesn't work to invite a level 2 contact (although that Email Data would be very useful) and it doesn't work with inMails either. I started doing inbound marketing (without knowing that it was called that) when I created my company, in November 2009. I came from the paper/cardboard/packaging industry. I was Business Unit Director (pre-sales, prescription, sales, after-sales, technical service, marketing and communication) in a large European group. I was very attracted to the Internet and I proposed several digital marketing projects to my managers, without any results. None of these projects have been validated by the group. The reason: “we produce paper. The Internet is a competitor. We are not investing in a competitor”. Final point. As I was coming out of redundancy and in 2009 we were in the middle of a financial crisis, I had no budget to invest in making myself known in this new profession.
